Modern Algos Private Limited, referred to as Modern Algos from here onwards, operates modernalgos.com and 360algos.com.   • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

REFERRAL PROGRAM Modern Algos may offer referral programs applicable to modernalgos.com and 360algos.com. These programs are subject to modification or termination without prior notice.

TERMS OF USE – AUTOMATED BOTS Specific terms apply to the Automated Bots service offered through 360algos.com:

  • Execution: Automated Bots use daily Unique Access Tokens generated by brokers. Users must log in daily to enable these tokens.
  • Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for configuring and using Automated Bots.
  • Risk of Loss: Users acknowledge potential financial losses from Automated Bot operations.
  • Daily Login Requirement: A login before 9:15 AM is mandatory for uninterrupted service.
