Yes, you can pause or stop your bots anytime via the Bots Summary page in your account.

You need to log in daily before 9:00 AM to activate your bots. Failure to log in will result in your bots being paused for that day.

If you log in after 9:00 AM, your bots will remain paused for the day to prevent potential losses from delayed or missed trades.

Yes, you can extend your subscription easily from the Bots Summary page.

Once you subscribe, changing your broker account is not possible. For assistance, reach out to us at care@360algos.com.

Switching between bots after subscription is not allowed.

You can close any open positions directly from the Net Positions page.

If an order is rejected due to insufficient margin, you’ll need to resend it from the Order Book once funds are sufficient.

Users are advised not to manually manage bot trades from their broker accounts. If you intervene directly, please contact us immediately at care@360algos.com to prevent any risk of duplicate orders.

If your orders are rejected, please check the Order Book for the reason. For rejections due to insufficient margin, add funds to your broker account and resend the orders from the Order Book. For any other issues, follow the instructions provided in the Order Book.

Our bots are managed by algorithms with specific predefined conditions. Trades are only triggered when these conditions are met, so there may be days without any trades if the criteria are not satisfied.
